You told us our website needed a makeover, so we’ve made some big changes. Our new site is easier to navigate, and managing your account online is now quick and simple. We’ve also made important updates to some of our products.

A new login process
Previously, you needed your account number or User ID and PIN to log in. With the new login process, you’ll be switching to a unique username and password, which should be easier to remember. Find out more
A new online experience
Once you've logged in, you'll find it much easier to maintain your account. You can manage your vehicles and tags, view your statements, and check out your financial history. You can even nominate another driver for your toll invoice or demand notice.
Assistance when you need it
We’ve expanded our help section, so you'll be able to find an answer when you need it.
We've upgraded our toll calculator to let you choose entry and exit points via an interactive map. We’ve also developed a new product selector that helps you find the product that's right for you based on your travel needs.
We want your experience with go via to be a positive one, both on and off the road. That's why you can expect even more upgrades and new features on our website in the future.
