Please note the balance shown may differ from the balance on your invoice or notice if you have continued to travel without making arrangements to pay the toll.

If you have a go via account and received a Toll Invoice, it is likely:

  • the vehicle you were driving at the time of travel was not linked to your go via account, or
  • your account was suspended at the time of travel.


Prevent future penalties

To make your life easier and prevent future penalties, after paying your invoice or notice:

  • login to your account and check/update the licence plate details on your account
  • switch to automatic top-up which is FREE
  • preview your trigger and top-up amounts to ensure your account has sufficient funds to cover your travel.
