  • How commercial accounts differ from regular accounts

How commercial accounts differ from regular accounts

A pre-paid account suits the regular user, while a commercial account includes advanced features designed to help fleet managers track toll charges. These features make it easy to get itemised financial data and analyse your expenses.

With a commercial account you receive monthly tax invoices and can pay your fees and charges at the end of every month.

Toll charges are the same whether you have a commercial or pre-paid account.

  • How do I apply for a commercial account?

How do I apply for a commercial account?

You can apply for a commercial account online. You’ll need to provide us with the following info:

    • an Australian Business Number (ABN) or Australian Company Number (ACN)
    • a business address, telephone number and email address for invoicing
    • the licence plate number, state of registration, make, model and fleet ID (if applicable) of at least one vehicle

Once your account is active, you can start using toll roads using the vehicle listed on your account. However, unless you have a tag installed in your vehicle, you’ll be charged a video matching fee

When you open your account you have the option of ordering a tag when you enter your vehicle’s details.

Please note that you’ll need to agree to a credit check. We may also ask for additional financial information to complete the application process.
