We’ve made some updates to our products and website, so our Customer Service Agreements and Privacy Policy have changed too.

Here's a quick guide to the key changes.

Key changes to Customer Service agreements

Pre-paid account

  • go via payment cards have been discontinued and existing cards will no longer be accepted. Find out more
  • If you pay using auto top-up and your payment fails, your tag will beep 3 times when you pass through a toll point.
  • Refunds will be deposited back to the card or bank account from which the original payment was made.

Post-paid commercial account

  • The minimum monthly spend no longer applies.
  • Refunds will be deposited back to the card or bank account from which the original payment was made.

Road pass

  • You can now add multiple vehicles to your pass.
  • You’ll be charged after every $10 worth of travel, rather than every 7 days.
  • For credit card authorisation, an opening payment of $1 now applies, which will be credited to your pass.
  • You’ll receive a statement after your pass closes.

Toll credit passes

  • Trip passes are no longer available. However, you can still purchase a toll credit pass from participating retailers. Find out more
